Shipping & Delivery

Shipping will occur within 1–4 business days after receipt of payment, provided the item is in stock. For custom-made items, new orders, or special orders, we estimate a production time of approximately 14 days, as our studio is located in Turkey. Thank you for your understanding.

Our shipments are insured and exclusively via DHL. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to the address you provided, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.
